
The Simitri Negotiation Skills Workshop focuses on providing measurableimprovements in all participants’ negotiating performance. Emphasis is placed on practice rather than theory. Participants learn to use negotiating strategies and tactics,
mainly through role-play and group exercises. Under the guidance of the SimitriFacilitator, each participant analyses his/her personal performance to ensure maximumoutcomes in future negotiations.
